How far in advance should I book?
24 hours is comfortable for most airports. We often accept same-day requests — contact us and we will confirm within the hour.
What does airport Fast Track include?
Security Fast Track gives access to a designated screening queue. Meet & Assist adds an escort and help with the route through the terminal. A private VIP terminal package can also include separate facilities, refreshments and an aircraft transfer. Passport control, baggage delivery and customs remain under the relevant authorities or airline. Priority access never removes a required check or guarantees a fixed exit time.
Does Fast Track or Meet & Assist replace passport or visa checks?
No. Passport control, baggage delivery and customs remain under the relevant authorities or airline, and Fast Track or Meet & Assist does not grant permission to enter a country. Check the entry rules for your nationality and itinerary before you travel.
Where will I meet my assistant?
The meeting point depends on the airport, terminal and service you choose: at the aircraft, at the terminal entrance, at a service desk or in the public arrivals hall. The exact place and time are confirmed in writing in your booking confirmation.
Where exactly will I be met?
For arrivals, your assistant waits at the air bridge with a name sign. For departures, at the terminal entrance. Exact meeting points are sent with your confirmation.
Can you help with a very short connection?
Yes — that is what Transit Assistance is for. Tell us both flight numbers and we will confirm whether the connection is realistic before you pay.
